Abstract information

Dear participants!
The registration is closed!

Please, note: each participant, that is underlined as a main author, has to register and submit one abstract. In special cases the Organizing Committee may accept maximum two abstracts from one participant.

Abstract requirements

   Abstracts should be prepared in English by MS Office Word document of 1 page of A4 paper format; 2 cm horizontal and vertical margins; 1.5-spaced text; 12pt Arial-family font; Style “common” is preferable. For formula writing authors should use “IsisDraw” or “ChemDraw” editors. Any Cyrillic symbols are not acceptable in text, pictures or schemes.

   Affiliation of each author should be clearly indicated using lower-case letters in superscripts (a, b, c etc.). Presenting author name should be underlined and corresponding e-mail address should be given. All abstracts will be included into Conference Proceedings but no more than two ones from any author.

Registration fee

   All conference participants should pay registration fee.

   Registration fee is 50 USD (30 USD for students and PhD-students) before the 8th of October 2018 and can be paid:

For payment in UAH (only for Ukraine residents) [link1].
For payment in USD [link 2 ] ; in EURO [link 3 ].
If you need an invoice, please contact us via e-mail kt@kt.kharkov.ua with the letter subject “Fee for First name/Second name”.

After the 8th of October 2018 registration fee is 100 USD (30 USD for students and PhD-students).

In case you want to pay the fee on site, please, inform the Organizing Committee till the 8th of October 2018.

 

  Registration fee does not cover travel and accommodation costs.

  The Organizing Committee may consider providing grants for the participants of the Conference.

  Without confirmed registration fee payment participant’s registration will be declined and certain abstracts will be rejected from the Conference Proceedings’ Book.
